Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We ship using Fed Ex, UPS and USPS Mail and Priority Mail depending on product and shipment location. Shipping is free to the lower 48-contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories may be subject to additional shipping costs. Expedited shipping is offered on most products, if available you will see a field in which you can place your zip code and the available shipping options will be shown.
Some items may be marked as Oversized, if that is the case shipping is not free and there will be a shipping charge. You may request a shipping quote based on your location.
Some items ship direct from our location in California; others may ship directly from the Manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to know the location your item will ship from. We will send you tracking as soon as it is available.
ORDERS
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of their orders. Custom orders (any full-wrapped steering wheels not in stock) will be held for 48 hours to allow the Customer time to review their order receipt and contact us with any discrepancies. If discrepancies are found after the 48 hour period has expired, we will be unable to make changes to the order and it will stand as ordered. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the 48-hour period has expired.
