Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders (including full-wrapped steering wheels) are not returnable.

Return Window: All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition Requirements: Items must be uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging.

RMA Form: You must complete the RMA form before returning any items.
Return Shipping & Fees

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

Provide photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was caused during shipping or is a manufacturer’s defect.

We will provide instructions for replacement if eligible.
Warranty Issues (After 30 Days)

For warranty claims after 30 days, you must contact the Manufacturer directly.
