Return & Refund

Eligibility for Returns

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders (including full-wrapped steering wheels) are not returnable.

  • Return Window: All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be uninstalled, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • RMA Form: You must complete the RMA form before returning any items.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

  • Provide photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was caused during shipping or is a manufacturer’s defect.

  • We will provide instructions for replacement if eligible.


Warranty Issues (After 30 Days)

  • For warranty claims after 30 days, you must contact the Manufacturer directly.

  • Resolution times may be longer for manufacturer-handled cases.
